Universal Yoga is located in Altamonte Springs, FL  We offer a variety of programs, training and study options.  We teach beginner through advanced students.  Private study and private sessions with Yogi Baba Prem are available with Yogi Baba Prem for information about study options, email him directly.  We also offer live online programs for students that cannot attend classes or that are outside our area.  Student's from around the world enjoy our online programs.
