Most people take week long teacher training programs or programs that are two weeks.  There simply is not enough time to learn how to teach yoga or gain any serious degree of knowledge.  Our home study allows each person to move at a pace that is comfortable for them, while building a solid foundation of knowledge and experience to be a better yoga teacher.

12 Live Online sessions with Yoga Baba Prem (Sessions scheduled by Universal Yoga).

Support is provided through the internet via e-mail. Daily study and practice is highly recommended. Online sessions require a broadband connection and microphone, a computer camera is recommended but not required.  Software download required as well for live sessions. Upon successful completion you are awarded a certificate, and numerous options for advanced study become available to student's completing the program.  Successful completion of our program should place you in the top 10% of beginner teachers.  We offer support throughout your study period.  And we offer options for continuing education should you wish to deepen your study.
